What have you done on your CrossFire Pro Today?

The cut charts take up a total of 14 pages in the Hypertherm manual (including introduction and last page is blank). The manual that came with my YesWelder was about 14 pages with 5 of the pages devoted to generic safety instructions.

I made and installed a lift kit on my table. I gave it a 1" lift and gained about 3/4" Y axis travel for a full 34".

You can lose that inboard top bolt for the frame and gain another couple of inches insofar as you will probably get the nozzle of the torch directly over the edge of your pan.

My risers version 3.1 are giving me a 4-in lift over stock and then I got rid of those inboard top bolts with an oversized water pan. All I need to do is tweak some stuff on the x-axis and I should be able to get a 48 + x36 + work envelope.

I considered that, but I’ll wait until I get a new pan made. 36" would be dangerously close to cutting the edge of the current pan.

The 36 inch in the Y will cut on the outside of your pan actually. I set mine up that way I use a sacrificial piece to prevent cutting into the edge of the pan .

I cut out two more of these chicken signs for a guy on TacomaWorld. He and his son both have chicken coups.
