Well 1 year later and still working on the Etsy dog. Getting closer to final paint. I still need to fill some pin holes and minor imperfections. I plan on painting it matt black so it needs to be almost perfect.
High dollar Muskrat Guards. 12.5 inch exhaust. 75’ twin 2200hp MTU diesels. Aluminum prototype. Can’t lift the boat out of the water so diver will have to make sure the fit before cutting of 316 Stainless steel.

I cut one of these as a gift for a friend who runs an auto repair business. Cut quality was poor due to a beveling issue I recently developed. But with 16 & 18 gauge it’s not so bad I’d scrap the pieces. I just haven’t had time to investigate yet.

I am giving this to the Company I work for as a Christmas gift. (Yes I am kissing up a little) they have been very good to my family. My son is a third generation employee. The tomorrow transformed is as small as I can get a quality cut with my Miller 625 with hand torch. There are no fine cut tips for this torch.

My garden shaman is finally home!
7 months in the making. Every step of the way was a new learning experience: making a low-poly design out of steel (watched a ton of paper craft and cosplay construction videos), making a wire buck and forming steel with an english wheel (watched many custom car body work videos), forming a curved surface with 3D scan data, creating a curved-surface flat cut pattern using Blender’s UV unwrapping and finally pouring an mounting base using Quikrete and anchor bol…

A friend (yes I have a few) brought me an invitation he recieved to a special birthday party in Austria.
it was a card that was 4x6 in size…and it was an artwork done by specailly for his friend by a local artist in Austria.
the card has special scenes in it specific to his youth and growing up…it is very dear to him…
My friend asked me to possibly make a metal reproduction for him to take over to Austria in a couple of weeks…
