THC Not working but getting voltage on wires

Currently having an issues with my THC, I’m getting 120v on the wires going into the THC module for the clamp and torch but not showing on the screen, running a hypertherm. The machine has been working for 2 years with minor issues, so it is wired correctly.

I updated the software for firecontrol, then updated the firmware on the controller and THC.

Has anyone see this issue before? possible the cable between the THC and controller or THC itself?

What are you getting coming out? I assume you are using raw voltage. There is a trouble shooting flow chart with step by step instructions I believe it is pinned in the THC section of the forum.
