Pro Table Build Pics

I’m sure glad I’m batch #2, late April. Gives the rest of batch #1 and early batch #2 guys time to help work out the kinks and issues before I start!

I would run one of those outlets as a gfci and the other a regular outlet and jump it off of the gfci load side. Also is the metal box grounded to the ground wire? If not it should be

It was grounded, i will put it back once i get a new box. And i dont need no gfci, ive been lit up by 120v many times. It just tingles a little… lol

code is any receptacle within 6 ft of water needs to be ground faulted or ran off ground fault. Its for your own safety, Think of the children

My kids are all grown up. If someone lets their crotch goblins run a muck on my property its their problem. Anyway cant be worse than the nob and tube wires in my attic. Nothing like 1920s wiring

I remodeled houses in the Boston area for years. Those wires are the worst. Some houses were so outdated they still had old gas lines running for lights

Theres actually only 2 outlets still on the old wires. I figured when the house was updated in the 90s it was easier to leave the 2 alone then to tear all the wood wainscoting off of the lathe and plaster walls… the old wires are probably stapled to the studs so they couldnt use them to fish the romex through. One of these days when i feel like wrecking my walls ill replace it.

to drain the water table, i just open the ball valve and it drains into the water tank.
to drain the system completely, ill remove the hose from the PVC and connect it to another garden hose and just dump it on my grass. I dont have water additives or anything, and carbon powder is actually beneficial to lawns(obviously in small amounts)

Here are the casters I used on my Pro.
They have 10mm stems so no need to replace the inserts.

have you tried them yet? because i welded up a very similar pair and the factory inserts are garbage. They are all bent from the metal being way too thin

The inserts I got in the kit seem to be strong enough.
I do have the casters on my Pro and (so far) they work fine and are also very cool looking.
The front two are the locking casters. Notice the lock is the kind you step on so they are solid yet easy to use.

I dont know if they changed them, my inserts are thin sheetmetal. My inserts are starting to bend. Im going to do this idea and beef it up.

Ditto. Mine are red though. But no issues with the leg inserts either.

I saw your old toolset for sheetcam when using the XL table without THC, do you happen to have an updated toolset you’re using with the pro and THC?

Are you using a Hypertherm 45(XP)?

Yes I am, with machine torch if that matters.

Moved the Desiccant filter from the wall next to my compressor from when I had the OG CF. It is so much more convenient at this location!

What brand filter system is that if you dont mind me asking

Ah not at all, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B016MPZ312/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 is the one I got. Seems to be the same as all the others just a different name. I was using the Harbor Freight small inline ones and that got old real fast(kept having to change beads cause the size of it).

Hey thanks
