New project crossfire pro

I am not sure how much it matters, but according to the directions, you have the control box mounted on the wrong leg.

I strongly encourage you to follow the directions in the assembly guide. The water pans and the leg gussets should be installed before the control box. Definitely that stuff should be on before you start jogging the machine around.

You will save yourself allot of headache if you follow the directions. Lots of folks trying to help are likely operating under the assumption that you have been following the assembly guide.

Edit: I guess it’s been too long since I have been on here… I had forgotten you had bought this second hand. I just read back through… I am not sure how much had been put together before you got it… but it doesn’t appear whoever had the table first followed the directions at all. It is always harder to figure something out when someone else has put it together having not followed the directions. I don’t envy you, but I would take it apart as far as you need to reassemble it following the directions.

72 pony why do you say the control is on the wrong leg , it is on the leg closest the motor ?

In your picture above it appears that your control box is mounted to the back right leg. The snip above is taken from the assembly guide. As you can see the directions call for it to be mounted on the back left leg.

Your motor is also mounted on the wrong side… Like I said I would take it down as far as you need to in order to follow the directions completely.

72 pony I get it , I will start over again I think I may have gotten the right and left tube mixed up.

I found the problem on the z movement it is a bad coulpler connection , I was able to get it tight enough to work but I would like to replace it. I did not measue the motor shaft and don’t want to try to take it off again. Can anyone share the size I need or a link to where I can get one ?
