Machine Torch Firing Automatically NOT EVEN HOOKED UP

@langmuir-daniel @langmuir-mike t

SO I had a MAJOR SAFETY ISSUE come up, I almost burnt my hand, luckily only my mouse and mouse pad died

MACHINE TORCH WILL FIRE ON IT’S OWN!!! when it hits air pressure to move electrode

Sorry for sideways video, phone was set wrong

Video is long but shows nothing hooked up

(torch fires about 10 seconds from end)

Ref, Thread below

MACHINE TORCH WIRING

So that crazy shit killed my mouse and mouse pad, I am just glad my hand wasn’t on the mouse!!!

I had laptop and mouse on plywood across grates hooking everything back up

After that thread, George and I talked and basically the machine torch is wired wrong???

After disconnecting the yellow wire, I tried to cut and it worked ONLY with THC off

THC on causes lost arc alarm

LONG Thread to follow on Friday about all my issues, I need to get fixed

I’m assuming that is an aftermarket Razorweld machine torch that you have? It looks like the torch trigger wires in the machine torch much be shorted in order to get it to fire once air pressure is reached. Does it function normally outside of this and can it fire using the CNC port?

Nope razorweld factory one

Description is in the thread “machine torch wiring” above.

If you unplug the yellow wire it works fine, via FC ond the cnc port

With yellow wire unhooked it will fire only with CNC port, I plugged yellow wire back in to make the video to recreate it for you guys

@langmuir-daniel @langmuir-mike If you need me to check anything on my end let me know

I hope to look at this, this weekend trying to fix THC, If I can check anything while doing that let me know
