Daniel & Mike… How about an update on the shipping? You guys have been near radio silent about this topic except for a general email. Any chance you’ll ship #10661 his table parts in April? Are you able to get these things out of the warehouse at the planned rate or has Corona virus put a snag in the plan?
Thanks for the answer…excuse me for asking another way. I have only received my RazorCUT45 CNC and it only had the connector with 4 pins. Only one connector. Should there be two connectors in the plasma cutter box a 2 pin and a 4 pin. Thanks again.
There should be 2 cables, each with 2-pins, unless your RazorWeld has a 4-pin receptacle and a 2-pin receptacle on the front. My RazorWeld has two 2-pin receptacles and came with the two required cables to make the THC work. Hopefully this helps.

You pre-ordered with an ESTIMATED ship date of April. Not April 1st shipping. And about 2 hours into April, you’re ‘demanding’ a response ASAP. Bwahahahahahahaha.
We are still on track to have April orders ship out in April. As we mentioned in an email we sent out to Batch 2 customers, the core machine will ship in 3 separate boxes and the accessories will be shipping out separately as well (except for Canadian orders; we will be holding these until the final box is ready to ship and we will ship them together to save on Brokerage fees at the border).
You created this thread with curiosity about shipping, yet you razz me for being curious of my table status as well? I was not “DEMANDING” a response. I tagged the team because, obviously, others have the same curiosity of the shipping progress with all that is happening in the world right now. You have no clue when I ordered my machine. or which Batch # I am in. And $4K might not be much to you, but I like to keep track of whats happening with my investment. I am fully aware that Batch 2 Ships in April, which could mean as late as the 30th, and I’m sorry if the 1st was the time I had available to visit the forum and it upset you. I have visited many shipping threads and had not seen much from the guys at Langmuir concerning shipping in a while, with the exception of the mass email not too long ago.
I know they are dealing with issues and am being patient. Covid 19, manufacturing issues, and such are being dealt with, along with carrier delays as well, that are beyond their control and I hold no malice toward them because of these situations. I am rooting for this little company like a loyal football fan, without having their product yet. I wish them nothing but the best.

Order #10158, got notice yesterday box 3 is shipping arriving Monday 4/6. I ordered my THC after I ordered the table and haven’t received a shipment notice on it yet. Very impressed with the rate of Langmuir keeping up during a pandemic!
Have you used this torch yet. Mine came wired wrong and after " fixing it " it fire when I turn the machine on. Still need to get it figured out. Just curious if your was wired incorrect as well.
Could you explain a little more about what you mean by it was wired wrong?
It was sent to me wired for an everlast torch. I had to jump the safety pins to get it to fire but when I do it fires by itself. Ill see if I can get you some picture of pins 1and 3 , 6 and 9. I need to get with the guy that sold me it and figure it out for good.
Can I ask who you purchased your machine torch from? In regards to the RazorWeld Cut45, the hand torch that came with it has 4 out of the 9 pins utilized (1, 3, 6 & 8). With the machine torch upgrade there are only 2 out of the 9 pins utilized (1 & 9). As I’m sure you know, no pin set is required for a physical trigger on a machine torch, hence the removal of 2 pins from the hand torch. Here is a picture of the hand torch connection and the machine torch connection for your reference. Let me know if I can help in any other way!
