Here is another brand of bar sink drain that works perfect. You can pick it up from Lowe’s for $12
Silicon the drain in and use the large rubber washer the drain comes with underneath with the nut to tighten. Then use the drain nut to either extend a custom pipe section to your liking, OR just cut a thin metal disk to fit inside the drain nut (1.8 in or something) and now you have a stopper cap to plug the drain . Simply unscrew with a bucket under the table to drain. I wouldn’t trust the strainer plug that comes with it as it doesn’t appear to twist and lock like I’ve seen other drains.

I received the dies today and I have my job complete. I have not heard back from @rayzhorse so, if @Beefman would DM me his address I will sent I will sent it to you and move rayhorse down the list. Unless I hear from him tonight or first thing tomorrow morning.

I am sending the dies to Beefmann Monday. Thanks again it works perfectly.
FYI the Menards bar drain does not fit. the top flange is a little too large.
the original Amazon link seems to not be available so I will need to find another option.

This is the one I used, it fit the recess just fine but I didn’t think it tightened down like it should. I cut a 16 gauge spacer/washer to make sure it tightened fits and snug.
I cut a piece of cardboard first so I could fill the table with water and cut my spacer.

Are there any drawings of the dies ? I want to 3d print them
Here is a post that Tin did with a 3D print die. He said it worked out very well.
I am sure there are others…I just knew I saved this one.

Just shipped the kit off to Camobob, as he graciously accepted the role as ‘die keeper,’ for now. He should have it Monday.
Thanks to Nortoncustoms, most importantly, for creating it, and to the maker of the 3D printed case, and the flashdrive, and to everyone else who added advice over the last 2.5+ years. It would be interesting to see how many miles they’ve traveled.
I spent more time agonizing over cutting into my pan than it took to just get it done.
