Much stronger than the cheap ones they sell at HF. Using the table to cut the holes qualifies it in my book. Guessing you used a fence or some type of way to position the 2x2” and just flipped it over. I did hitches last year and that’s how I did it. Maybe you have a different way.
I have seen some really cool ones of these for hanging deer and even putting a kayak in truck bed using a winch mounted. Years ago I made a hitch mounted grill and cooler setup and still really brings attention anywhere I go. I would really improve on the design these days but the cool things you can do from a hitch.
