Ordering a Pro with the THC. Anyone wired up a Harbor Freight Titanium 45 to their yet or have a how-to on that particular cutter? Thanks!
@lanceputnam While not identical, the wiring for THC for this machine would look something similar to the Razorweld cutter like what is shown here: Wiring Razorweld45 without Voltage Divider for THC

Trace the two short pins on the torch plug to the wires on the inside and splice em up. easy.
I know this thread is a bit dated, but since it’s regarding the same machine, figured it was a good place to add this post.
I’ve seen a lot of raw voltage wiring where the wires are just hanging out of the machine (and that’s fine). However, you have another option…adding a CNC port thing from the Amazon.
I did this on my Titanium 45. Top 2 are the raw voltage and the bottom 2 are for the torch trigger. Still have to jump the 2 safety pins on the machine torch side. Or, you could get a 6 pin CNC connector add the safety wires there and jump them in the male harness. This would allow your safety to still work when using the factory hand torch.
