Are you riding your bike across the country or trailering to CO?
Where’s Henry when we need him? (@MrHaNkBoT )
SQUIRREL!!!
Busy counting all my pennies. Got the email today about paying for my Titan!
I am the owner, the only engineer here, and all of my guys are fabricators. I am absolutely shocked that I almost never have to help them get a plasma cutter, ring roller, or any other tool running. They DO call for me whenever they need me for my credit card for parts, but I almost never have to help getting a tool working. For that, I am grateful. The amazing thing is that they have plenty to learn in their craft, just like I do. I think we continue learning until we die.
If we are lucky!
Have to say, all your guys’ work is looking absolutely beautiful.
Hope to get a Titan myself in the next 5-10 years
That Looks heavy!!
She’s a big baby lol
is that a cup holder!!! no… just no.
the attachment market for those bikes is getting out of hand.
but nothing is cooler than rolling through mountains on the FJR so I get it. My fav ride to date was running out to St. Hellens before the washout. no who knows when you get out the see the crater.
Finally got my machine Bending right. The thicker I got the more it underbent but that makes sense now that I think about it. Its a great machine. this is a .25 inch thick radiator mount. When you bend one bend a couple times to get it to 90º it gives you a big scare when the metal shifts under load.
Some of my first bends, in the picture see if you see anything odd. First one to see it wins a prize!
Jimmy is the winner!!!
Your prize if you choose to accept it is:
Pay attention to how you insert the piece before making the bend
Your reward system SUCKS!!!
So you are not going to accept it?
All in all, they look great—definitely a learning curve.
Nothing a little filler rod can’t fix
Filler rod?
