there is not a lot of people trying to build tables from scratch here.

i have a router but i work to make a plasma

Dicky, I’m about to start the same project on my Crossfire. Did you finalize your wiring? How did everything work out?
is anyone still active on this? im trying to help a friend convert a g540 to the Mach3 usb controller. i got X,Y,Z to work but having issues with making a relay work to fire the plasma. i believe it to be a setting issue as i have no clue what im doing when it comes to the software. i been an repair tech for over 30 years so the wiring was easy for me. any help would be greatly appreciated!!
The torch relay is supposed to fire with an M3 command and turn off with an M5 command in the GCode. This is controlled in the general config tab, and the general purpose pin maps. I don’t have a system handy, but I’ll see if I can dig up a config file. In the meantime, have you loaded the CrossFire config profile?
The configuration is in Config->Ports and Pins->Spindle setup. Set M3 (CW) to Output Number 1. Then, in Pins and Ports, I believe you map output 1 to Port 3, Pin 4, Active high.
