hello i just set up my crossfire pro this morning and had everything working fine. went back out to play around on the table this evening and i can not connect to the machine in firecontrol. i am able to connect to thc control and see voltage from torch. i have checked everything uninstalled everything and reloaded everything checked that drivers that the usb are working and connected even tried another computer with the same results. usb light is green and computer knows when the usb is connected. thanks for any advice

Yes the power is on
Then I would check the power supply because that is acting like the power supply is off.
Welcome to the forum.
That should be showing the firmware version, not the com port number. Perhaps the firmware on the board is corrupted. If you click on the “connection help” does it give the option to update the firmware?

Yes I have updated the firmwear many times trying to get it to connect. I have tried older versions of fire control also
I would go with Langmuir because it sounds like a bad board. Suppose you have tried a different computer, new cable, or updated firmware. They may have a new one to send you. At this point you are spinning your wheels.
