Well I kind of had a WTF moment as I was crawling over the main rail, I had already done it a 100 times…until…
The wife hollers to stop for the evening, I said fine I want to put this last zip tie on, yup, I should of waited Until Sunday afternoon.
As I climbed over the rail and was about to put my toes/foot down, I got caught on the right rail and tripped and caught myself with the Y-Axis
Well apparently I pushed the Y-Axis carriage 2 inches towards the wall, I didn’t realize I did until I was double checking that every thing was square and even Sunday morning, and my numbers didn’t match (they were even side to side with in .030 BUT they were 2 inches further away) I tried to turn the lead screws and they were tighter than before, said F— and took both side apart and unscrewed the Black Delrin parts and checked the threads, the Acme threads didn’t look bad actually, I deburred forward edge and reassembled both sides, they are smooth again and all back together, it put me back about 4 hours total
I will get with @langmuir-mike or @langmuirsystems
And find out what pn is for the 2 pcs of Delrin lead screw nuts, it feels really smooth and nuts look good, but I will feel better replacing them, my saving grace is I pushed them away from the locking collar

I traded for an SKS a few years ago - but I think I got a bad one - I think barrel is bent? Or I’m a really bad shot. Probably both. I do like my Ruskie Mosin, though.
Holy shiat…ever try to put a 35ft octopus in a 8 ft x8 ft box so getting closer, I can not recommend this size shop, unless you are a 90 lb 14 year old , because there ain’t no room, luckily I am still …cough…cough…185lbs…

So video is 45 amps 200ipm 1/8 steel no dross or taper [square on right was 3.948 imp (stk sheetcam setting) at 45 amps the left one was 45 amps and 25 ipm, cut 6 all together with the last one in video at 45 amps, and 200 ipm it had almost no dross!]
