I do that in my Big Green Egg. I also have a bourbon based sauce I make for it - a little sweet, a little spice :slightly_smiling_face:

So…thanks to my perspective of induced fear and panic!!!

Wifes work said stay the ^##!%= home and work, for next 4 weeks…
So we spent a shit-ton of $$$ to setup my wife to work from home(actually her moms house to take carr of her) the next 4 weeks, this weekend.
Upgrade internet, work desk etc…ect…
I did pull some cable and mounts lights over table area

Also have compressors hooked up, top/bottom…switch turns on, started to just use one magnetic pressure switch to control both hots…but…had brain freeze over a 120v switch contrilling me 220 circuit…will revist…post beer :wink:

Well it looks like I may have some time off to work on stuff, so I ordered some metal today. Hopefully it will get here before they shut work down :neutral_face:

Got lot’s to do, diy desiccant stuff was delivered today…or so says the Amazon app

I will make a small metal rack for my 4x4 sheets, move welding table under the other over hang and maybe start on my cyclekart…may actually have time to get some stuff done
