Finally back to correcting my moisture problem. I have not cut in i while. I designed and cut a bracket to hold my Derale 15300 at a 45 deg angle to reduce the chances of water building in the loops. I will post the file when I get back to my computer.

The CAM is not perfect. There were 2 cuts they did not finish due to “interference”. I did not explore this any further. I just cut them thru with a cutting wheel and then bent the flaps on a 5 inch bench vise. It’s not professional but it’s very functional.
The bend tabs might be a bit wide a couple of the bends required more persuasion than others.
