Razorweld Cut Chart

Continuing the discussion from Razorweld cut charts: I’ve created a spreadsheet for a cut chart for the Razorweld plasma cutter since there doesn’t seem to be one on the web anywhere. Razorweld doesn’t supply one and although Langmuir is intending to create one, they’re kind of busy with shipping machines So here’s the Google sheet link. Which langmuir systems plasma table do you have?

There is sure a lot of variables that end up making a good cut.

Dry air very important for cut quality, consistency and consumable life. What kind of air drying system do you have?
