I don’t use a pump, run my table on water. Hose pressure from spigot is sufficient. I don’t leave the table full all the time. Just fill it when it’s necessary and drain it when I’m done.
That is something to consider, except I do not have water near my table, I would have to run a hose over for every cut.
At the top of my arm I used a 3/4" PEX 90 deg support bracket to ease the sharpness of the bend. The white circle you see is the head of a bolt I used to attach it to the arm. Only a few dollars from anyplace that sells plumbing stuff.
We use a simple Drummond 1/10 HP transfer pump ($65) from Harbor Freight with our table. It’s loud though! I’m in the middle of a factory and it still seems loud to me. We’re actually looking for a new one to replace it, but for now, that little Drummond works. We only run it to fill the table, which takes about 2-3 mins at most, from a settling tank under the table. I believe we hae a 35 gal horizonrtal tank underneath the table, plumbed. We drain the crap from the table down into the tank and let it settle. And then we draw from the fresher water on top.

This guy is whisper quiet and fills my custom water table in a few minutes.
Very nice. Added that to my list
I’m curious about how you use this.
Do you recirculate your table water?
If so, do you filter it out before using the pump?
If you do recirculate your water, how do you filter the metal out of your water before going through the pump?
Thanks,
Mike
Yes, I drain after every use of the table. There’s a filter ( Amazon.com ) right after the table drain, and then a T, one side has a ball valve that goes to a 35 gal plastic drum, the other has a check valve coming from said pump extracting from said plastic drum.
I have since added a 2ndary 10" “generic” water filter housing with a 20 um filter cartridge before the drum (on the table drain side) to help remove any finer bits and clarify the coolant that much more.
This is what I use.

This is a 25-gallon fuel cell modified to stand on its end.
