I am a total noob, but I tried it with a Macbook Air.
The Auto fusion 360 worked fine with it, but I ran into difficulty with the CAM part so I wanted to use Sheetcam.
Well Sheetcam is for Windows machines only. I had heard of people doing "workarounds’ but that sounded very frustrating.
I decided to buy a cheap Windows laptop in order to streamline things for myself.
Got one on Amazon for 250 bucks and that is what I have been using for the last week or so.
I am glad I decided to do that. The learning curve for Fusion-Sheetcam is steep enough already and adding a Mac to the picture was just too much for me.
Edit: I do remember that In order to run the installer for Fusion I had to do something special but I can’t recall what it was. sorry.
