hey guys! New to the forum here paid for my MR1 on saturday pretty excited to get it. Just a quick question is there any reason that the control box cannot be moved underneath the machine ? just trying to save as much space as possible. Thanks guys! cheers
No, but you will need to fab a bracket of some sort.
Just so you know thst the control box even mounted in its existing position is still inside the dimension of the upper enclosure. If its not, its within an inch or so.

I really like the compact tool box and PC setup. And the light bar. Is that mounted on a side panel or the rear?

I hadn’t thought about lights. Will have to investigate LED lighting. My order should finally be here tomorrow. Its taken 7 days from TX to OH via Little Rock, and Nashville.
