DIV is meant for divided voltage only.
If you utilized the CATIII cables (for raw voltage), then you would only use PV output.
DIV output is only used when DIV input (divided voltage) is used.
So the issue was an incorrect installation basically?
Not the original issue I was never able to fix it ,had to throw all of it away and go with all new.
That’s a shame.
Sorry I must’ve misunderstood as you were having issues (with many offering suggestions) and the latest update is that you went PV instead of DIV and everything is working now.
When people perform Google searches, old threads will appear and the information found can be helpful to others.
What components did you have to throw away?

First I tried replacing it one at a time and was unable to find the problem ,so I replaced the plasma cutter ,wand and tip ,ground clamp,THC chip and box and that got it working .

Sorry for having to do that. At least you can move on now. Go burn some metal, my friend.
Now you have an additional plasma to use by hand.
