Don’t you mean you wanna move up to the XR. We saw the room in your kitchen. Your family will barely notice it. :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:

If you fashion a nice butcher block counter top…well that’s a home improvement project!!!

Oh I so wish Jim!
Truth is, I have access to a brand new one and laser welder too, should I need it, but nothing like owning one. :beers:

How much did that weight?

It is made out of 16 gauge, i would guesstimate about 15-20 pounds.

Cool, it looks great. Congrats!

Good morning guys, are these things any good? Thinking of getting one to run Firecontrol and freeing-up my little Dell lap-top for other duties.

I’m running my XPro on this Amazon.com
works fine. Also runs Fusion 360, Inkscape, and Sheetcam ok.

I already have limit-switches installed on the X and Y on my Crossfire. Anyone have pinout info for connecting these to my new Firecontrol board?

This might be of help.

Thanks guys. I suspect there may be a couple “pull-up” resistors in that harness connected to the 5V rail. Will see what I can come up with. I’m thinking it hard to spend what translates into ~TT$1,065.00 to purchase the kit, as it’s really something that I probably don’t need. (US$95 x 11.2 foreign exchange rate, shipping, duties, taxes, etc)

Made a sign for the project team at work. They were wanting something cool to post outside the office on this design build out for a new facility. Wish they wouldn’t have asked for 4 different blue colors as that took the longest to paint

Got tired of busting my USB cable. A Craftsman Wet/Dry Vac Hose and a couple custom clamps solved the problem. USB cable and PC power cord’s in there …everything in the shop is on wheels (except lathe and mill).

Well, she’s now sporting the XL Kit… Now to pack away the tools and cleanup the mess. Amazing how many tools come out to accomplish the simplest tasks!
The table basically just sticks out 10" further from the back wall, of course there’s that much more usable table space  :beers:
