Yup, this rig cuts nice and clean, minimal dross.
Sign I did for my Son’s Girlfriend’s business. I was a little worried about the wing detail burning through, but it all cut perfectly. 20 ga CRS, 200 IPM. The sign is roughly 15 inches high.
Wow! … I sooo envy you artists!
Looks like you had it nailed - not so fragile they busted through but not so thick that it looked bulky.
I love the way it turned out and more importantly, they were very happy with it
I’m hoping you would not mind sharing that torch bluing technique! I keep staring at it!
Hey Cletus…to get that bluing on metal put a stack of metal outside…hide behind it…tell your wife you bought some more equipment and it has to go through the kitchen…she will get so mad all the metal will change color…
it is noce work that is posted that is for sure.
Hahahah!
Right now I have an old OR Table in the garage to refurbish and I can tell she’s not impressed!
OMG does that bring back memories…in the Hospital I ran we had 6 rooms and 8 tables…old skytrons were tanks…with solid hand controls…the newer tables with digital hand controls were crap…
Home surgeries?
Yeah. He found this old book and is trying to duplicate the experiments. It was written by a Dr. Frankenstein…
Is that one headed through the kitchen on rollers too?
We’re not going to hear on the news about someone doing nonconsent autopsies are we?
Hahahaha!
To get comfortable with the plasma system I started out easy and built some “Wind Birds”. When the wind hits fan blade it turns some gears that make the wings move up and down. Everything but the connecting rods, fan rim and bearings was cut on a LS Pro with Hypertherm 45xp.
these are great…the contrast of the wolves is awesome
great detail
