Design help, tool path issues

Hey all. I have had my crossfire pro since about september and I have made a bunch of signs however I took about a month off due to my 9-5 and today I went to design a sign for a friend and I am having issues with the 2d cutting in the manufacturing tab. I know I have to be doing something wrong but I don’t know what it is. Is there any way I can download my file and hang it here for someone to inspect and tell me what I am doing wrong? I designed the sign, I made sure all the letters connected like the A’s and O’s and extruded it .125 because it seems to help in the setup. Then went to setup and into 2D cutting and when I click finish on the 2D cutting it says some of the cuts were discarded due to tool linking or something along those lines. Tool path maybe? I don’t remember the exact verbiage but it only cuts 1 word out of the entire sign. I know I am not doing something correct.

Yes. The best way is to save your file in Fusion after the point you are having issues, Then export and post it.

Here is a topic on how to export and post a F3D file from Fusion.

This Normally happens because of a incorrect and oversize Kerf width input in your tool, not setting your pierce clearance to zero in the 2D menu ( last tab) or having a lead in and out longer then what Fusion thinks it can insert into the space being cut.
