You can also install the bearings in all the lead screw end mounts

Do the X axis one now to. Otherwise the instructions will have you install the mount, only to tell you much later on to install the bearing into the mount. I used a press to put mine in, so that meant removing it from the tube. All mine were fairly tight fit, which is why I used a press. I did try a C clamp as suggested but bearing started to go in sideways and I was sitting there thinking “WTF am I doing, use the press”.

Sweet. What kind of wrench did you use to tighten up the olivegreen nut to the inserts. not enough space to use an adjustable wrench. Pretty thin in that area
i like that the wheels are replaceable after they wear out. Nice feature.
I tightened it by hand but I plan on cutting out a wrench to tighten it. Fireshare has a file for a 47 mm caster wrench. https://www.langmuirsystems.com/fireshare/47mm-crossfire-caster-wrench These caster are just over 45 mm so it should still work or you can make and adjustment to the file.
