You are lucky, mine (#8633) has been sitting in the Ottawa depot since 5 am yesterday and now half the boxes have been rescheduled with:

Due to global health events beyond our control, your package is being held for delivery at a later date.
Oh well, another weekend to clean up the garage more.
Just an FYI regarding the shipping weights as the email I believe had transposed the Box 2 and 3 weights.
Actual:
Box 1 - Frame: 7" x 7" x 63.4", 130 lbs
Box 2 - Electronics, Assemblies, and Hardware: 14" x 12" x 20", 69 lbs
Box 3 - Water Table, Gussets: 36" x 3" x 26.3", 45 lbs
Well, cool. That explains the discrepancy.
My order #10441. Just received email that box #3 (water table) has shipped.
Just a thought. Why can’t the hardware(bolts and nuts) be nested in the water table in box #3. Won’t do me any good. My box 3 is on it’s way.
I thought the same thing…but once you get all the boxes you will understand how Langmuir packed and shipped items to maximize packing and shipping and saving space.
Also good to keep in mind that some of the products may be outsourced and not made or packed in the same place.
all the hardware may be packaged and provided from Company A…where the water table is made and packaged by company B.
Langmuir then gets boxes from company A and B and then sends them out at as they get them in the warehouse.
A cruel twist of fate, I think I am the only person to get box 2 without box 1 & 3. Box 2 was delivered Friday.

were you able to get a ETA on it ? I just got the same email today, getting very annoyed with UPS .
Have you looked up the tracking number on UPS website? It should be shown there as well as were your package is currently. They are having some COVID-19 delay issues, but otherwise operating normally.
yes ive been watching it for a week. it went from regina to Winnipeg now back to regina and now its delayed.
Thank sucks…sounds like they put it on wrong truck…I’m waiting on mine too, so know it’s frustrating…
