Yeah I never got a shipping notification for the THC, but when I got home it was sitting in the rain on my front steps.
One. Inside there should be the VIM box, a few (3 if I recall) sets of pigtails for the DIV/RAW voltage connection, a small circuit board that’s going to be mounted in a socket in the control box and a couple of pieces of Velcro. You only need 2 of the wire sets - 1 goes from the VIM box to the control box and then one of the other two depending on if you’re connecting to a Divided signal or RAW voltage.
I’m only running 50:1 divided voyage. So the mechanics of torch height is in box two I hope?
Thank you James. It won’t be long I’ve got some cool stuff to cut.
The actual mechanical torch height control is in box 2. The electronics and wiring to enable it is in box 1
looks nice. The wheels are too small for my shop. I ordered some fancy red wheels: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07RS4SXC2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Gotta spice things up a bit
Gotta give KUDOS to Daniel and the Langmuir crew for their attention to detail on the packaging and instructions. As much as I hate assembling these things, I’m impressed at how well they have everything laid out and labeled.
…!
just recieved THC in the mail 9024 here
Looks great… I ordered the same setup from McMaster… Thanks for sharing.
Where did you get those casters at?

Do the bottom of the legs have a bit welded to them inside or is the plate itself threaded? I messed up and bought M12 casters, but am not near the legs to check myself, can i drill up and re tap or need to make new plate and weld on?
You have to buy the M12 inserts. Those go on the bottom of the legs and it’s threaded for the M12 casters.
So it’s a insert in the leg currently?
Thank you! That’s exactly what I need, I’ll knock some out on my lunch break
These look better than the inserts the table comes with. The inserts the table comes with are sheet metal and bend easy. Id like to know how these work out. I put casters on the factory inserts but with the offset wheels it puts a lot of stress on the inserts. Fine for me since I will barely ever need to move it, but if I had to move it daily it wouldnt hold up in the long run. I wonder if these inserts can take more abuse
Wow I’m #8519 and still haven’t heard squat
I got my machine torch mount but that’s it, not a word on anything else
