These are leveling casters so when you move it you just turn the leveling wheel to re-level. If everything is tight it shouldn’t go out of square from moving it.

So all the LS cult followers guard the throne by putting down questions of their dear leaders. Last chance to understand. EVERYONE, regardless of the batch they’re in is on a delivery timeline. When the timeline slips EVERYONE is affected. LS asked us to frontload their venture with cash and they in turn would deliver in January and April. It has not happened. Not only have they failed to deliver but at the current rate of delivery my particular machine will not deliver until at least June. I get they have had manufacturing problems but that is their problem to resolve. The question is what efforts are being made to make up the lost ground and deliver as promised. The thing that isn’t going to happen is sitting by and cheerleading their failure. Like every other business in the free world LS needs to make additional effort to fulfill their side of the agreement. Every other business has to absorb loss why does LS get a free pass? You and others are so excited about the promise of your new toy you’re to the point of being irrational.
BTW very cowardly of you to take shots at someone you don’t know instead of trying to understand the concern. Back to your Kool-aid

I wish you worked for me. I need people who won’t fail to show up on time for things because of traffic and illness and things. Pretty sure you’d be a handy guy to have around so I wouldn’t have to depend on those pesky people who work for me and think the fact they got sick or there was a foot of snow or an accident on the highway is a valid excuse to show up late or miss deliveries.

you bought into a presale. there is expected delays. if you dont get that, then no one on earth can help you.
they will happily refund your money if you are unhappy with a delivery date that you have no even reached yet.

They were estimated ship dates and they let us know up front it could change. They also let us know we could get a full refund at any point. Enough. Move on.

In November of 2018 I adopted a Baby crossfire cnc table. After over a year of love and nurturing him and feeding him so much metal he has grown up into a fine Crossfire XL. Lastnight I had to inform him he was adopted . He has mixed thoughts about his real father moving in. The Crossfire Pro . I assured him they both would be equally cared for and loved. Ok there is 2 minutes of my life i cant get back!

Sounds like my experience here 
But Baby Crossfire (XL) is going to be sent to a foundling home. No room here for two of them. The Pro is bigger and cleaner and most certainly smarter and more capable so it’s sad, but CXL1 has got to go. Nothing personal. In fact, like the smartaleck teenager, I’m not sure I’ll miss him

Ok. all my pictures colored. Drank my Kool Aid. Now a serrious question. Does this sudden unforseen change from the Crossfire gang to the Crossfire cult mean it will effect my tax filing?

In a similar tale, my XL just departed to its new home. Great guy. Box 3 arrives Tuesday. It’s kismet.
Got my Pro half assembled this afternoon. It’s taking me longer than expected. I think I spent way too much time trying to square the frame. I called it a night at the glue the water tray together step. I forgot how much work it is to assemble these things. I accidentally installed the gantrys on the wrong sides so I had to switch them out and that cost me a few minutes as well. I also had to clean up the gantry bar (I think that’s the X axis. It had some tape glue on it and also it had some crusty stuff on it. I used a scotch pad and smoothed it right up. It looks like it’s brushed nickel now but it’s smooth.
