Mine took a week and a half coming from California to Utah. I don’t think the tracking is all that accurate.

And my purchase was part of the Christmas/End of the Year shopping madness. So I understood that it was a high demand time.
So far, everything has shown up but the printer.
It’s in Holbrook, AZ, this morning. ETA for Monday morning.
I will say this. Bambu customer support is based in China. My support tickets were all responded to by 5:00 am Eastern.
They shipped me two printers, but it didn’t take long for them to call one back from UPS.
They said I am going to get a refund. But I have not as of yet. I give it several days. I used PayPal, so I’m not worried.

Only if you file the claim within 120 days of the purchase (not the shipping date - unless they didn’t charge your card until they shipped).

They sent me an email from Their support website.
It said five days for a refund. Then, this morning, they emailed me saying they couldn’t intercept the package. Then, 5 minutes later, UPS sent me a text saying it was returned to sender. Then, 5 min later, Bambu support sends another email telling me to refuse the second printer from UPS.
Oh well, the original printer has made it to Nashville, and I’m very excited to make my wife a KMart logo coaster. She loves K-Mart. Too bad it’s almost gone.

I took the tool chest back. The Matco man had a repo toolbox that fit the bill. Anyway, I like it.
