Adjustments to Bahtinov Mask Cut and Switch to Aluminum

I revised the Fusion file for the 14 GA steel cut in the post below:

This time I used 16 GA aluminum. I made revisions like torch height and kerf width, and the result is no beveling and cleaner cuts. I also lowered from 42 amps to 35 amps. The cut speed was 140 ipm. Those many slots fell out during cutting, unlike the steel cut in the post above.

The thin gauge aluminum did do some warping, but I made some slight bending adjustments after cut and final result is acceptable.

This macro shot shows significant difference from the first cut I did in steel. No beveling.
