I sent a pre-sales question about the MR1 to the support email which automatically created a ZenDesk ticket (138486), but I don’t have a login for ZenDesk and I cannot get one. The ZenDesk Langmuir support site says:
- Only users already registered with Langmuir Systems can apply for a new password.
- Langmuir Systems does not offer self-registration. Please contact your company representative for further information.
I keep on getting “review the support you’ve received” emails and now “you haven’t responded within 48 hours”, but I haven’t received any response via email. I suspect my query has been answered in ZenDesk, but I have no way of accessing it.
The support page suggests that it’s the correct place to ask before purchasing, but the ZenDesk ticketing system seems to be setup only for existing customers. How am I meant to get in touch with you and view responses?
