Z-Axis not moving

I am not sure if this has been asked before. I was not able to find it.

I just installed the THC on my CrossFire Pro. I am trying to jog in the z axis and it is not moving at all. I tried to turn the lead screw by hand and it turns but not very easily. The motor makes noise but nothing happens.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you up front.

If the motor tries to turn but not lead screw. The motor coupling is loose.

Ive had this before, first make sure the coupler bolts are nice and tight. If that does not help the issue try disconnecting the Z axis plug that goes to the pc and reconnect it as sometimes with the vibrations of the machine or what not it comes lose or has a bad connection. Ive had this happen several times on my XR and just unplug and replug it then its good to go!

The z axis will move now. It will go down as much as I push the down arrow but it will only go up 1/4in. When I received it one screw was stripped on the coupler that attaches to the lead screw. It seems like it might still grab the lead screw. If I hold up on the torch it will go up.
