XL Lower Tube/THC disassembly instructions

Pardon if this has already been answered. I couldn’t find what I’m looking for.
Are there any specific detailed instructions on how to disassemble my legacy XL to add the new lower tube. As well as detailed instruction to add all the new THC components (including the new control box)?

Thanks for the reply. But i must be dense…
I received a brand new control box, a couple of new boards & cables. A new lower rail and the THC itself. And absolutely no instructions.
The links Ive found here in the forum are for complete assembly instructions of a brand new kit from bare-bones.
You’d think that Langmuir would provide detailed instructions of what to disassemble to instal the new lower rail?
And do I junk existing control box for the new one?
I realize Langmuir is swamped with orders, but come on. No directions?
