X axis lead screw broke off at motor inside coupler

I had this happen to me before. We did a temporary repair and Langmuir was kind enough to send out a replacement.

Coupler slip? Nope. Shaft snap... Damn

Did a bunch of programming early this morning came out to the shop, loaded a fresh sheet into the machine and started traveling to program origin. I thought I was lucky never having a coupler slipping issue but then it looked like it was slipping. I untightened it and tightened it a couple times and then I realized the end of the shaft had actually sheared off… This is my x axis shaft. [Screenshot_20211021-105734]
