How crucial is it that the x axis lead screw bearing mount be square to the gantry tube? Mine will not stay square once tightened up.
Loosen it and lay a couple pieces of paper under the low side then tighten it, then trim paper with a razor blade.
I had hoped to hear from LS, if anyone encountered this issue or just went with it. I did however figure out the problem. It appears during the drilling process of adding holes the gantry rail the metal was slightly bulged out. A little time with a file and it now sits at a perfect 90. Hope this helps someone else.
