I think this is not a rare issue but I’m having a hard searching for the right thread.
Anybody know the remedy to this issue?
Lube up all the rails and lead screws and try it again.
Is this at 300 in per minute jog speed?

Oh yeah. Grease was the issue. Problem solved.

And yes. I tried to rotate the lead screw by hand and there was tight regions which I was able to relieve by loosening the screw nut.
