will not run with thc on it starts but stops quickly. but when i shut thc off it cuts fine. i changed consumables checked air pressure and pierce delay is .06 any ideas to check thank you.
If it runs with THC off then it isn’t going to be a consumable issue, air pressure issue, or pierce delay issue as those aren’t needed any more for THC.
Share with us what you’re running and how you’re wired. Confirm that everything is connected properly as well and any errors you’re getting.
If that .06 delay isn’t a typo, that’s likely to be the reason. You would get a “torch started moving before voltage sensed” error.
That should be .6, not .06

Missed that part, good catch. Assumed he was cutting a complete file without issue since “it cuts fine” with THC off.

It might cut fine without the THC depending on the thickness of the metal and the cutter.
THC will throw an error every time with a delay that short.
