The hanger for the bird feeder is 3/16 with slots cut in the mounting plate and tabs on the main part. Plug welded from the backside. I just need to modify the program for one branch (burned through), then I should be good. 0.20" diameter holes, I was impressed with those.
The UAE sign was for a friend (name removed for privacy) who served there. First time doing letters, and they came out ok with a 1.1 tip, 16ga, Cut60. Letters are 0.6" high.
