Water table post weld pictures

I figured I would put up some pics of the welded water table and my drain solution. We fusion welded the table as recommended By @Toolboy and a few others. For the drains I opted to fusion weld some stainless flanges with 1/4 inch npt thread. These are normally used in food and beverage processing equipment. they welded up pretty nicely. The fittings came from Amazon

I also picked up some stainless ball valves and fittings to prevent galvanic corrosion with the different metals

i cant even get my grinding to look like that

Im in the same boat waiting on the last box. Welded up the seam and made the drain holes larger for sink drains.

midway through welding. I used the bolts to align.

I didn’t weld it. My fab guy at the shop did it. I wish my welds looked that clean. :smile:
