Sorry to hear that. I haven’t had mine fired up in about that long too. Been busy with the blast cabinet mods (finally finished) and funeral stuff. This weekend I’ll be teaching class (Laser ops) so probably not going to get a chance to cut anything and I have an Easter present for my wife I want to do (all ready from a design standpoint, just need to toolpath and cut). Life just keeps getting in the way.

Im about healed up now. Pneumonia really gets in the way of fun. Thank you and looks like you had some bad luck also. Sorry to hear that. I figure 3 weeks away from it is 3 weeks longer it will last??

I have been through (2) 4x10 sheets plus some odds and ends I had from before. Going to get anoersther 4x10 Monday morning now that I am up and running again. Feeling a lot better today now that it is working, was getting depressed… LOL. If you 30i owners want I can start working on a chart that uses a simple form to enter data and it will be saved on a Google spreadsheet and I will make it public on here. Just let me know what all we want/need on it. Would be great to have…

Be fine to have a chart for the 30i. As jamesdhatch stated alot of the rw45 info is same as the 30i would be ( on 30 amps or lower.) Im not much help yet on the chart yet beens 14g and 16g is all I have used. I cut it at 28-30 amps 80-100 ipm 75 psi air thick shim. As i stated up there, It depends on how complex the cuts are. I did a head count on corpses in the shop, 64 dead 2x2 peices and 28 new. Fun addiction though.
