Viper cut 30 not firing

I am trying to troubleshoot why my torch is not firing by computer control. I have meter checked my connection. And it fires manually. The crossfire runs through the whole program with no issues. In mach 3 it turns the torch on and off but it doesnt work. Any help would be appreciated.

I suspect that you’ll be asked to show a photo of the wiring of the torch control wires inside the Viper.

Also did you try F5 while in Mach 3 to see if that would fire the torch? What clearance do you have between the torch and the workpiece?
