I can draw up a new part in design and get it to manufacturing iam having trouble dimensioning the part as iam going or after I design the part any

There’s a lot of tools and techniques in fusion to accomplish pretty well any task.

Could you post an example of the image you’re trying to use?

Or could you post your file from Fusion?

Export f3d File and Post to Forum

Go to upper left corner and click on the File Menu Icon: [Export f3d-1a] Click Export: [Export f3d-1] Choose a location to save the file. Use the current location listed or change it by clicking on the square with the 3 dots. Make a note of the folder as you will need to find it later to upload to the forum. As far as using images, Tyler Beck has a video showing how to use several pieces of software that work(Canva and Convertio).
