I start the cut and it makes 1 cut and stops moving but the torch keeps going. I try to hit stop on the software but it doesnt do anything and freezes. Ive done all the firmware updates. Everythings been working fine up til this point
This sounds like interference. To verify if this is the problem, turn off your cutter, turn off THC in Firecontrol, run the file. If the machine goes through the paces except for the actual cutting, it’s most likely a noise problem.
