I have tried all the couplers that came with the machine. None of them work. When I plug the cable in the ballbearings on the plug pop out. The left plug snaps right on. The right does not work at all.
Amyone else have the problem? I did send a support request
so you need to turn the power off let it sit for a bit then tip the machine back and look into the ports…look at the 2 of them…I bet you will find that the one not working has something jammed in it or the sockets needd to have a nail pushed in to open them up a bit…

Well took sometime but figured it out. Wrong plug.
The plug I received is a few millimeters longer and one plug has a bevel on the outside the other has bevel on the inside.
Different part numbers as well
