Torch flaming out (solved)

Pulling my hair out. On my beginning cut the THC senses the height, the torch lights and immediately flames out. Is doing this with two different programs and two different types of metal. Ground is good, THC test ok, pierce delay .6, all parameters, as far as I can tell, in post processing ok. Air pressure good (90 PSI) Went through the “did torch fire” dialog box with solutions. Both sheet cam and Fusion 360 PP. Jeez. Frustrating. Last time I used the table, things were fine. Didn’t move it. Any help? Thank you.

Are you still using the Titanium 45? Have you had success using the .6 pierce delay in the past? Looking back, you solved a similar issue by upping your pierce delay to 0.8?

Yeah increased it to .8 sec. Same thing. I’ve gone through .4 through .8 now. No luck.

Are you getting an error? Still using the hand torch? Does the plunger move freely? Sounds like maybe the pilot arc is starting but not the main arc? What do your consumables look like?

Fixed!! I have a new PC laptop I was using with Firecontrol. I believe Firecontrol was corrupt, can’t prove it, on this laptop. I will delete it and download it again. I think this because I downloaded Firecontrol for Mac OS on my older Mac laptop, copied the program into it, ran the Crossfire and it worked perfectly.
