What does everyone recommend for cleaning up the edges after a cut?
We want to take away the burr and weird plasma stuff without taking away a lot of material. I feel like a dremel will just eat into our clean edges since we use aluminum. Thanks

I use a metal paint scraper to knock the dross off aluminum and steel after cutting, I find it very fast and effective. Further cleanup with a wire-wheel if necessary.
I have only cut a few peices of aluminium, and i used a small hand file to go over the edges, but i think maybe a deburring tool could work also.
A deburring tool works well for edges with no significant dross. I usually knock off any dross with a file first, but the paint scraper idea sounds good.
