Titan 25 first bend

I tried to go faster than 15, but that was the maximum in the program.

Maybe they can give us a secret code in the future that’ll bump those numbers up a bit :joy:

Yeah right. Maybe

Is it really almost silent? I can barely here it running. That’ll be really nice on long runs not having to hear pumps running.

Much better

It’s nitpicking but you really shouldn’t bend it over the gap of bottom holders. You can’t see it but it does flex.

Good call.

You’re a fine video producer! Thanks, loved seeing it action.

Should there be bottom holders all the way across so there is no gap?

Yes, I should have moved them together. They slide in a groove. It was in the way because I was trying to bent a already bent piece. @BrooklynBravest is totally correct. My bad.

So why not just have them from one end to the other?

They come in 6" sections. I have enough to go the entire way, but I didn’t use them. I had the 16" 4-way
on the machine but only had two when I should have had three.

So there are times when you need the gap between them?

No, most of the dies are less than 6" so I just needed three.

So how many if you were using a 16" die?

Like I said, they come in 6-inch sections. So, three are all you can use. I was using just two at the time. I bought enough for the bottom holder, but the last one hangs over a couple of inches. I’m bending aluminum plate and maybe some 11 ga stainless. That die won’t do anything but bend it. I will machine the last one and have an entire bottom with the risers/ holders. They don’t snap in but it’s a nice fit. You can slide them from side to side with your hand.

So exciting! Great to see. Thanks for sharing. Now, I just to figure out what dies I need. The more I read the more sad/confused I get. lol

If your just getting started and don’t know what you’ll need. Just get the 4 way die, the bottom holders, and a gooseneck top punch. Get full bed lengths of each. That’ll do just about anything you’ll need. You can alway buy what you need later. If money isn’t an issue then just buy every option.

Second this. It’s the best place to start.
