Been trying to search all morning with no results similar to mine. I’m on THC v1.09 and CF v1.1ls. everything used to work fine, but recently I’ve noticed that the THC “active, up, down, etc” don’t light up like they used to. I just assumed they removed that in the last FC update. Yesterday I was cutting a very warped piece and was able to physically see that the THC wasn’t adjusting to compensate. I’m getting normal voltage readings, but the THC isn’t keeping them in the default ± 1.5v. I reset the THC settings to see if maybe I fat fingered something, but still no luck. Everything else is working normally, it just won’t initiate movement of the Z even when the voltage is going outside of the ±1.5. Any ideas?
If it’s not activating it is usually because the actual torch speed is lower than the THC cutoff speed. Can you post your g code text file here and we can take a look.
