Anyone else have trouble with THC resting voltage? I’ve checked it all and I know it has something to do with the IHS switch. I took it apart and voltage disappeared. However after reassembly and use it came right back. Usually 10 - 100 volts moving around. My only theory is that it’s extremely humid out in my shop right now. Could high humidity cause this?

I have had some testing voltage a few times. Seemed to happen when the z axis gets splashed.
All it’s taken to get rid of it is to clean the z axis and it goes away. I keep on of the rubber funnels (flattened) on the torch now to prevent water for getting up there.
Unless everything in your shop is dripping from moisture, I’m not sure humidity would cause resting voltage readings.

Spray wd-40 on will dissipate water.
