I have the THC board installed in the enclosure with a solid red light and I cannot get FireControl to recognize the height control. The box next to ‘Height Control’ in FireControl is greyed out and lists ‘No Connections’. I’ve tried to manually install the drivers without any success. After unzipping the folder, I start the install and the attached window appears.
I’m running Windows 11 and just installed FireControl 21.1.3 from the LS website listed for my OS.
I’ve followed along on other posts, although everyone else seems to have a successful driver install. Anybody run into this? What are the fixes?
